I just returned from a 14 day tour of South Africa. Shiloh's South Africa tour with 24 adults was well organized including airline tickets, hotel accomodations, food, tour guides, day to day itineraries of programs, etc. Customer service by Geethu was outstanding. She was cordial and timely in her responses to questions and any needs via WhatsApp. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip because of the knowledge sharing and planning done by Shiloh.

We had the best accommodations and expensive, filling food. Most were 5 course meals. We were blessed with tour guides who were knowledgeable about the country and its history and caring about each one of us, making sure we had the accommodations we needed including wheelchairs, porters, breaks while on long drives etc. Special love goes out to Jenny Briscoe and Dawid Kruger, tour guides who stood by our side and worked around our needs. They went out of their way to help all those in need. Miss you both.

Driver Jacque and Saneesh made sure, the bus was clean, luggages were accounted for and stopped at good rest areas which were safe for us Finally, we had the privilege of spending a few days with the Owner and CEO of Shiloh. Finny is a true example of his company's mission and vision of keeping his customers happy and safe during the tours. He even held the hands of those who needed help walking. He encouraged us to let him personally know if we had any suggestions for improvement. I would most definitely tour with Shiloh in the future. Thank you Shiloh for a warm experience
